Fruit Dip | Honey Almond
I love this fruit dip, because it’s made out of all the things I enjoy eating anyway.
I prefer it with chia seeds to add nutrition and calories, but my husband prefers it without.
Sometimes I even eat the dip itself plain for breakfast. It makes me feel good and it tastes fantastic.
P.S. if you haven’t noticed already… there’s a hair in my fruit dip featured.. so embarrassing! my husband pointed it out to me last night.
The macro-lens that I use literally picks up EVERYTHING. Someday this will be a good story to tell about my beginning days as a blogger.
- 2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond butter
- ½ cup raw honey
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 heaped tablespoon chia seeds
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Serve cold and enjoy with your favorite fruits!
