However, there are a people who believe that filling up on healthy fats keeps you satisfied longer and keeps carbohydrate cravings at bay. These are the “keto people”, and they promote a keto diet.
Bulletproof Hot Chocolate
This bulletproof hot chocolate recipe makes a great breakfast to start the day. It also makes for a delicious dessert to cozy up with on the couch after a long work (or parenting) day in the winter. AND… let me tell you… those heaping tablespoons of butter and oil grow on you in the best kind of way. It will make your hot chocolate oh so frothy, creamy, and freaking delicious.
I also like to add in a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Protein, because I’m real into that lately. I’m convinced it really works (as a hair skin and nails supplement), plus it adds some quality protein to your cozy beverage.
Bulletproof Hot Chocolate Recipe
- Add all ingredients to your vitamix or blender.
- Blend for a couple of minutes until well combined and frothy.
- Pour into your sweater mug and brace yourself for deliciousness.
