Frequently Asked Questions
Kitchen Of Eatin’ is starting to grow! Thank you so much for for your questions and inquiries via email and social media. I love connecting with my readers as well as other companies and brands! Here’s a list of questions with answers that I most frequently get asked:
Can I use your photos, recipes, or content on my website/ blog?
Recipes & Content: At this time Kitchen Of Eatin’ content/ recipes are not available to post on other web sites and blogs without prior consent. I would love to discuss opportunities to produce unique content for your website! Please contact me for details and pricing information… or for any specific inquiries!
Photos: Yes! Please share!… However, this option is only available if you provide a link back to Kitchen Of Eatin’ as well as the recipe post.
Do you have any professional culinary training?
Nope! I just have a love for developing healthy and delicious recipes using real, whole foods. I love photography and writing… all of which inspiring me to share what I love on the Kitchen Of Eatin’ platform.
Do you follow a particular diet?
I don’t have strict guidelines for a particular diet. Many of the meals I make fall under special diet categories including: clean eating, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, low carb, vegetarian, vegan, and whole 30. I try to eat this way at least 80% of the time (honestly… probably even more often than that… because I LOVE eating this way). I do allow for some indulgence, because I don’t believe that strict dieting is sustainable over a long period of time. I believe in becoming educated about food and what I am eating… so that I can make healthy food choices every day.
I have never had to diet long term. Through eating this way consistently and maintaining an active lifestyle I was able to loose nearly all pregnancy weight by 4 months post partum. The last 3-4 pounds were easily shed as soon as I finished breastfeeding my daughter. <— Healthy eating of whole, real foods and exercising regularly is something I am a strong proponent of.
If I “eat clean” will I loose weight?
No. Butter is technically a clean eating ingredient… but it’s better for you than canola oil. The weight loss journey is unique for every individual, but almost always involves: 1. reduced sugar, carb, calorie and fat intake… 2. regular exercise… and 3. making fresh, healthy, & better eating choices.
Where can I learn more about the foods I am consuming?
